I am very much looking forward to leading this new project with Brecon & District Mind starting next Thursday. Green Minds is a weekly ecotherapy group meeting in Brecon and there will be opportunities to take part in mindfulness walks in woodlands and the local area, gardening, local conservation work and environmental arts. The aim of the project is to help improve mental and physical wellbeing through connecting to the natural environment and by taking part in social & therapeutic, community based activities.
